COVID-19 UPDATE – May 14, 2020

We are available to see patients both via televisit and in-person. We are slowly and safely re-opening the clinic on a limited basis for patients with specific needs, including deep brain stimulator programming and injections for dystonia, migraine, and salivary glands. In preparation for clinic visits, all staff members have been tested for COVID-19. We have implemented enhanced COVID-19 screening procedures. All staff and patients are screened for symptoms, have their temperature checked upon arrival, and must wear a mask. For added safety, common areas and high-touch surfaces are cleaned frequently throughout the day, and exam rooms are thoroughly disinfected between every patient. If you have any questions, or to schedule an appointment, please call us at 650-770-0201. We look forward to seeing you.

At the Parkinson’s Institute and Clinical Center, we provide patients with exceptional care, access to cutting-edge clinical trials, and are a leader in innovative research to transform the field of Parkinson’s treatment and fight to find a cure.

We are America’s only independent non-profit Parkinson’s clinic and research center focused on the patient.

By 2020, 1 million Americans, or one in every 334 people, will be living with Parkinson’s.

Patients Drive Innovation.

Our patient-physician-research model enables us to move more quickly and effectively in seeking to identify the cause of and improve treatments for Parkinson’s and other movement disorders.

You won’t find another place as dedicated to Parkinson’s care and research as the Parkinson’s Institute and Clinical Center. Come join us or support us in this fight to cure Parkinson’s. We’re in this together.
